At Jiu-Jitsu Kaizen Academy, we’re devoted to creating a thriving community where everyone feels welcomed and supported. Jiu-Jitsu Kaizen Academy was founded in 2024. Our academy offers a friendly space for personal growth, focusing on building confidence, strength, and discipline through martial arts.

We teach Jiu-Jitsu, sport Jiu-Jitsu and women’s self-defense to students of all ages, starting as young as 4 years old. Whether you’re new to martial arts, looking to compete, or simply wanting to learn self-defense.

Our hard work has paid off, as we’ve earned four team trophies in local tournaments, including 3rd place for Best Academy at the Hawaii Triple Crown, 2nd place at the Pacific Open, and two 2nd-place finishes for Overall Best Kids at the Fuji Open Tournament. These achievements reflect our dedication to excellence and the support of our amazing community. At Jiu-Jitsu Kaizen, we believe in continuous improvement and growing together.
